I had been looking for a pressure cleaning company I could trust to clean my 25 year old tile roof, thinking my black algae and mold covered roof would have to be blasted clean and fearing an inexperienced company would damage it. Walking my dog on the next street I was fortunate to find Brian & Jessica just finishing a tile roof and driveway and the roof looked like new. They were professionally dressed with a fully equipped modern truck. They came over for a quote that night and I received a professional typed quote the next morning along with a copy of their liability insurance. They explained they use a chemical cleaner, low pressure and don’t even walk on the roof. Frankly, had I not seen the neighbor’s roof I would have been skeptical, as I had never seen or heard of roof cleaning other than blasting it with high pressure and requiring walking on the tile and then repairing the broken tile after.

They cleaned the roof, driveway, patio pavers around the pool and a very badly black algae covered old dock. Everything is clean beyond my expectations and they really had to work on that dock, going over it again and again until all the black was gone. Plants and shrubs were carefully covered and everything (shrubs, grass, windows, walls, and walks) was sprayed with fresh water after to remove any chemical overspray. The driveway and pool pavers were cleaned with a high pressure enclosed heavy-duty cleaner that contained the spray from blowing water and dirt all over walls and windows as with traditional wand pressure cleaners. The dock was cleaned with another head that did a deep clean without tearing up the wood on this old dock. Everything was cleaned up and put back as it was after they finished.

Brian was very knowledgeable and has extensive experience in industrial cleaning. Jessica provided the formula for the chemical spray so I can keep the algae under control and clean a white PVC fence and provided the name of another product to remove some rust stains. This husband and wife team is exceptionally conscientious for quality workmanship, professional in every way, and I would highly recommend their services for any job.
